Per sradicare la violenza bisogna agire su più fronti: agendo sulle coscienze, insistendo sul rispetto, l’uguaglianza e le pari opportunità e in questo genitori e insegnanti possono svolgere un ruolo decisivo Noi uomini dobbiamo prendere coscienza che le donne non vanno mai toccate, nemmeno con un fiore .. ma prima di amarle vanno rispettate
Ad oggi, 109donne sono morte in Italia a causa delle violenze nel 2021
Possa essere la vostra vita sempre serena e felice

E’ con grande piacere che oggi vi presento un’artista finlandese che ha trovato nell’arte la sua via per trasmettere felicità Anne Sorvari è nata nel 1969 a Hyvinkää, nel sud della Finlandia, dove vive tuttora
E’ mamma di quattro figli, di cui tre già adulti (30, 28 e 25) e una piccola di 7 anni
Per anni ha lavorato come badante per portatori di handicap mentale e anche come insegnante nella scuola primaria
Nel 2017 grazie al congedo per studio, ha continuato a studiare come artigiano visivo perché l’arte è sempre stata vicino al suo cuore e parte integrante della sua vita e nel 2019 si è laureata
Ritornata a lavorare a scuola, purtroppo nel 2020 ha subito un’emorragia cerebrale ed è iniziata l’epilessia, costringendola a un anno di congedo per malattia
Dall’aprile di quest’anno, è andata in pensione per invalidità parziale e ha affrontato una nuova vita a casa nonostante siano rimasti alcuni danni legati alla memoria, alla concentrazione e alla fatica
Fa arte regolarmente e si diverte attraverso la sua arte ingenua, gioiosa e colorata con cui riesce a trasmettere buon umore alle persone che ammirano i suoi dipinti e il fare arte le permette anche di superare quei momenti di tristezza che ha, non trasferendoli nei suoi dipinti
E’ da soli 4 mesi su Instagram ma la sua arte è stata accolta favorevolmente e questo la rende felice e la invoglia a provare nuove tecniche e stili
Il suo sogno? Essere sempre in grado di continuare a fare arte con la speranza che le sue opere possano essere apprezzate ed acquistate per sostenere in parte la sua famiglia e se stessa Auguri Anne!

When art conveys happiness!
It is with great pleasure that today I present to you a Finnish artist who has found her way to convey happiness in art Anne Sorvariwas born in 1969 in Hyvinkää, in southern Finland, where she still lives today
She is a mother of four children, three of whom are already adults (30, 28 and 25) and a 7-year-old daughter
For years she worked as a caregiver for the mentally handicapped and also as a teacher in primary school
In 2017 thanks to the study leave, she continued to study as a visual craftsman because art has always been close to her heart and an integral part of her life and in 2019 she graduated
Back to work at school, unfortunately in 2020 she suffered a brain hemorrhage and epilepsy began, forcing her to one year of sick leave
Since April of this year, she retired with partial disability and faced a new life at home despite some damage related to memory, concentration and fatigue
She makes art regularly and enjoys herself through her naive, joyful and colorful art with which she manages to convey good humor to the people who admire her paintings and making art also allows her to overcome those moments of sadness she has, not transferring them to her paintings
She has only been on Instagram for 4 months but her art has been well received and this makes her happy and encourages her to try new techniques and styles

Il MÚSES è un museo vivente che si trova a Savigliano in provincia di Cuneo all’interno del seicentesco Palazzo Taffini, antica dimora nobiliare che racchiude nelle sue sale barocche il ricordo di epiche battaglie combattute dai Taffini al fianco dei Duchi di Savoia
Si chiama MÚSES, con un accento acuto sulla “Ú” per richiamare la forma del mortaio con pestello usato dagli speziali nell’antica alchimia e Accademia Europea delle Essenze è un progetto ideato dall’Associazione Terre dei Savoia per valorizzare le tradizioni e i saperi del Piemonte nella produzione delle erbe officinali
Si definisce Accademia per riaffermarne il significato etimologico del Giardino di Academo: lo spazio collettivo dedicato all’imparare insieme e in questo senso il MÚSES si propone come casa del territorio aperta ai sentori, ai sapori e ai saperi dell’Europa
La visita guidata inizia dal Giardino dei Sensi situato nel cortile d’onore di Palazzo Taffini che rappresenta l’espressione più compiuta di MÚSES, articolato in aiuole geometriche come da modello tardo-rinascimentale, con varietà di piante scelte per stimolare i cinque sensi attraverso i colori delle fioriture, il sapore dei frutti, l’odore dell’essenze e la consistenza del fogliame
Al centro, la fontana con getti d’acqua profumati è dominata dalla scultura “La palette del pittore” dell’artista tedesco Franz Staehler; intorno le erbe officinali, i fiori, le piante ornamentali e le sculture “L’albero della vita” e “Lo specchio di Gaia” di Staehler rianimano e profumano chi lo attraversa
Il MÚSES offre esperienze sensoriali lungo il percorso espositivo con video installazioni, opere site-specific di artisti internazionali contemporanei, strumentazioni d’epoca, personaggi che hanno innovato le tecniche produttive e svelano i segreti dell’arte profumiera nei secoli: da Bisanzio a Venezia seguendo le rotte degli oli essenziali e delle spezie; le grandi signore del Rinascimento italiano, Caterina Sforza, Isabella d’Este, Caterina de’ Medici, che seppero diffondere il piacere delle essenze, diventando vere e proprie icone delle loro epoche; dal Piemonte al resto d’Europa con l’affascinante saga dell’Acqua di Colonia, il profumo più venduto al mondo e creato da un piemontese

MÚSES for a sensory dive into the world of perfumes
The MÚSES is a living museum located in Savigliano in the province of Cuneo inside the seventeenth-century Palazzo Taffini, an ancient noble residence that contains in its baroque rooms the memory of epic battles fought by the Taffins alongside the Dukes of Savoy
It is called MÚSES, with an acute accent on the “Ú” to recall the shape of the mortar with pestle used by apothecaries in ancient alchemy and the European Academy of Essences is a project conceived by the Terre dei Savoia Association to enhance the traditions and knowledge of Piedmont in the production of medicinal herbs
It defines itself as an Academy to reaffirm the etymological meaning of the Academo Garden: the collective space dedicated to learning together and in this sense the MÚSES is proposed as a home in the territory open to the scents, flavors and knowledge of Europe
The guided tour starts from the Garden of the Senses located in the courtyard of honor of Palazzo Taffini which represents the most complete expression of MÚSES, divided into geometric flower beds as per the late-Renaissance model, with a variety of plants chosen to stimulate the five senses through the colors of the blooms, the flavor of the fruit, the smell of the essences and the consistency of the foliage
In the center, the fountain with scented water jets is dominated by the sculpture “The Painter’s Palette” by the German artist Franz Staehler; around the officinal herbs, flowers, ornamental plants and sculptures “The tree of life” and “The mirror of Gaia” by Staehler revive and perfume those who pass through it

E’ stato presentato al Festival di Cannes il nuovo film di Claude Lelouche “Les Plus Belles Années d’une vie” che 53 anni dopo “Un uomo e una donna” fa ritrovare i due protagonisti Jean-Louis Trintignant e Anouk Aimée ( 88 anni lui e 86 lei) in un sequel che racconta di come il tempo possa distruggere tutto ma non l’amore!

Ha iniziato a partecipare con successo a varie esibizioni, tra cui la recente Palma International Hat Week

Ha studiato nelle scuole locali e, fin dall’infanzia, ha mostrato segni di temperamento creativo; preferiva sedersi all’interno durante le pause della scuola elementare e disegnare e dipingere con il suo insegnante di arte
Ha aggiunto tutto il movimento di cui aveva bisogno quando si è iscritta a una scuola di ballo locale all’età di 9 anni e da allora non ha mai smesso di ballare
Durante le scuole medie e superiori voleva diventare un’artista, ma ha dovuto aspettare fino all’università per seguire il suo sogno di studiare come costumista
Ha frequentato un BA presso l’Accademia di Belle Arti di Veneziain Set e Costumi, diplomandosi a pieni votinel 2007
Si è quindi trasferita a Milano per frequentare un Master in Costumi presso l’Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera, laureandosi di nuovo a pieni voti nel 2011
Durante il suo secondo anno di MA, ha iniziato a sperimentare la modisteria e la produzione di cappelli per una grande produzione che ha coinvolto gli studenti di quell’anno.
Dopo la laurea si è specializzata in modisteria per la moda e il teatro tra Roma, Milano e Zurigo, lavorando principalmente come modista teatrale per “Brancato Costumi” a Milano, uno dei locali di lavoro più famosi in Italia
Ha creato il suo marchio “Le Volte Cappelli”con un collega nel 2011, e hanno progettato e realizzato cappelli di alta moda per matrimoni e occasioni speciali, per poi sciogliere la società nel 2013 quando Giuliasi è trasferita nel Regno Unito
Da quando si è trasferita a Oxford,Giulia ha dovuto prendere una decisione di carriera impegnativa, dovendo scegliere tra la sua profonda passione per i costumi storici e la modisteria.
Alla fine, ha scelto i cappelli e ha frequentato diversi masterclass a Londracon i migliori modisti come Bridget Bailey, Jane Stoddart, Harvy Santos, Jane Taylor e Carol Maher, mentre nel frattempo sviluppava le sue tecniche
Ha fondato la sua azienda “Giulia Mio Millinery” nel 2015 e da allora ha ricevuto numerosi premi nazionali e internazionali di modisteria
Si è trasferita a Leicesternell’ottobre 2015 e ha fondato il suo studio nel prestigioso Makers’ yard , al centro del quartiere culturale nel centro di Leicester City
Lo stile di Giulia è il risultato di una miscela di arte, moda e osservazione della natura, ma anche le Belle Arti e il Teatrohanno un’influenza significativa sul suo processo creativo, con il suo amore per l’imprevisto e lo strano

She trained as a traditional milliner, but she is experimenting with new techniques and innovative materials, creating a unique mixed style
She was born in a small town in North-East Italy, Udine, in the border region of Friuli Venezia-Giulia
She studied in local schools, and, since childhood, she showed signs of creative temperament; she preferred sitting inside during breaks in Primary school and draw and paint with her art teacher
She added all the movement she needed when she joined a local ballet school at age 9 and never stopped dancing since then
During Middle School and High School, she wanted to become an artist, but she had to wait until Univerity to follow her dream to study as Costume Designer.

After graduation she specialised in millinery for fashion and theatre between Rome, Milan and Zurich, working mainly as a theatrical milliner for “Brancato Costumi”in Milan, one of the most famous costumes work-room in Italy
She created her brand “Le Volte Cappelli”with a co-worker in 2011. They designed and made exclusive couture hats for weddings and special occasion. They dissolved the company in 2013 when Giulia moved to the UK
Since moving to Oxford,Giulia had to make a challenging career decision, having to choose between her deep passion for historical costumes and millinery
Eventually, she chose hats and attended several masterclasses in London with top milliners like Bridget Bailey, Jane Stoddart, Harvy Santos, Jane Taylor and Carol Maher, while developing her techniques
She founded her company “Giulia Mio Millinery” in 2015, and since then she was awarded several national and international millinery awards.
She moved to Leicesterin October 2015, and she established her studio at the prestigious Makers’ yard, at the centre of the Cultural Quarter in Leicester City centre Giulia’sstyle is the result of a blend of Art, Fashion and observation of Nature but also Fine Arts andTheatre also have a significant influence on her creative process, with her love for the unexpected and uncanny

Da quel momento lei inizia a creare ed a esplorare usando solo lana Merino, acqua saponata e le sue mani
Naturalmente, la lana è leggera, resistente all’acqua e, inoltre, calda; ma, soprattutto, è una fibra magica, creativamente piena di possibilità, che sposa la pittura con la scultura!
Cosi’, stimolata dal mondo naturale, dalle fiabe e dalle belle arti, Juliane crea cappelli da indossare che sono utili, e con un tocco di fantasia
I suoi cappelli sono capaci di dare energia e aiutano a godersi meglio ogni periodo dell’anno, perchè la vita non deve essere grigia!

Long ago, Juliane Gorman felted as an art student at the Rhode Island School of Design and during this period, exploring other forms of fiber arts, she made a series of mixed-media headdress sculptures
After graduation, she attended millinery classes at Fashion Institute of Technology (NY) along with some freelancing in costume shops
However, the enchantment of creating went into dormancy while she pursued various jobs and parenthood
Serendipitously, in 2011, she saw a felted bracelet at a craft fair, while looking for a DIY book on the topic, instead, she found one devoted to making felted hats; here was her eureka moment: finding a craft which combined her love of colorful fiber, with her passion for headwear
From that moment she makes, she explores, using just Merino wool, soapy water, and her hands
Of course, wool is lightweight, water-resistant, and moreover, warm; but, above all, it’s a magical fiber, creatively full of possibilities, that marries painting with sculpture!
So, energized by the natural world, fairy tales and fine art, Juliane creates wearable art hats that are useful, flattering, and with a touch of whimsey
