Emma Davis è nata nel 1975 in Scozia in una famiglia di artisti.
Ha studiato Arte contemporanea e pittura per quattro anni alla Scuola d’Arte di Glasgow dove si è laureata nel 1998.
Ha esposto le sue opere in molte gallerie d’arte della Scozia e nel 1999 ha vinto il Alexander Graham Munro Travel Award, assegnato dalla Royal Scottish Society of Painters in Watercolours (RSW).
Nel 2002 Emma Davis ha vinto il Sir William Giles art award alla RSW nella annuale esibizione.
Ha vinto numerosi altri premi durante le varie mostre tenute attraverso il Regno Unito. Emma Davis dei suoi dipinti dice : “ Io da sempre amo I paesaggi della Scozia e sono cresciuta circondata dalle bellezze del mio Paese. Le mie opere esprimono la mia personalità e le mie emozioni verso particolari zone della mia Scozia, la tonalità della luce e dei colori che vedo intorno a me influenzano ciò che dipingo ogni giorno”.

Jo Grundy è nata e cresciuta in una fattoria nel West Berkshire e queste sue origini le hanno dato un amore per la natura e il paesaggio inglese che ha voluto trasmettere agli altri nei suoi dipinti con cui ritrae talvolta in maniera stravagante il mutare delle stagioni del paesaggio inglese.
Nei primi anni ottanta ha studiato grafica al Berkshire College of Art and Design, poi ha lavorato come designer per circa 14 anni prima di avere i suoi due figli.
Dopo essersi dedicata alla crescita dei figli, ha iniziato il suo percorso artistico creando dei biglietti di auguri fatti in casa per poi passare a sviluppare il suo stile di pittura.
Nei suoi dipinti utilizza una tecnica mista che la porta ad utilizzare anche carta, colla e perline per creare opere particolarmente decorate.
Recentemente ha sviluppato ulteriormente il suo stile, utilizzando solo vernice acrilica e in modo particolare una specifica marca di vernice chiamata Jo Sonja da Chroma che può essere utilizzata indifferentemente su svariate superfici tra cui legno e vetro, ma anche molto bene su carta e tela.
La sua vena artistica trae ispirazione dalle stagioni sempre mutevoli del paesaggio inglese che ama rappresentare attraverso i suoi caratteristici piccoli cottage che si annidano tra dolci colline e circondati dalla fauna selvatica, fiori e uccelli.
La sua stagione preferita è l’inverno e spesso e volentieri i quadri che ha in lavorazione vengono venduti prima di essere finiti.
Solitamente vende le sue opere online, attraverso siti specializzati, e suoi dipinti sono presenti in collezioni in tutto il mondo.
Ha una gamma di oltre 50 immagini in licenza per la realizzazione di biglietti di auguri, stampe e kit di punto croce.

Auguro a Barbara e al suo Laboratorio che nel frattempo è diventato anche una galleria d’arte di poter spiccare il volo verso nuovi e sempre più entusiasmanti successi e riconoscimenti

Barbara Marchi nasce nel 1972 nel centro storico della “Dotta“ Bologna ( per la sua Università, l’Alma Mater Studiorum, fondata nell’anno 1088, nonché prima Università del mondo occidentale)
Inizia a disegnare, dipingere ed a cibarsi di arte e cultura ancora prima di saper scrivere il suo nome per poi frequentare il Liceo Artistico e l’ Istituto Superiore per le Industrie Artistiche con indirizzo Design ceramica
Partendo dallo studio dell’arte della ceramica e del design contemporaneo si avvicina alla sua vocazione artistica “ il mondo materico della pittura “ e dopo diverse sperimentazioni con tecniche e materiali diversi arriva alla tecnica che la consacrerà come artista, ovvero l’utilizzo dello stucco spatolato su tela
Ecco quindi che un materiale povero come lo stucco diventa il vero e proprio protagonista di questa geniale artista che lo spalma su tutta la tela per poi lavorarlo con dita e spatola arrivando a creare una “pittoscultura” che grazie all’uso degli acrilici fa emergere una espressione cromatica perfetta dove le tonalità piene e forti riescono a trasmettere un caldo impatto emotivo capace di rendere visibile l’essenza interiore di questa artista
A questo proposito sono mirabili i suoi “Cuori infranti” di cui uno scelto dal critico Vittorio Sgarbi per il concorso “ I mille di Sgarbi 2019“
La campagna dove ora vive è una grande fonte di ispirazione per lei e le colline e pianure emiliane le permettono di regalarci albe e tramonti meravigliosi per non parlare degli alberi spogli che nelle nebbie invernali ci evocano fantasmi o incredibili panorami astratti
Per non parlare degli animali che ritrae .. sembrano uscire dalla tela per farvi le fusa o prendere le coccole
Un discorso a parte merita la Luna, che lei ritrae in maniera sublime tanto da chiedersi ma cosa pensava esattamente quando ha dipinto questa luna inquadrata?
Siamo di fronte ad un artista di spessore che ha studiato l’arte antica, affascinata da tutta l’arte pittorica e scultorea dal preistorico al rinascimento fino all’arte messicana dei Maya e degli Aztechi e per sua stessa ammissione sono 5 i grandi pittori che l’hanno fatta volare in alto nel suo percorso formativo : Artemisia Gentileschi, pittrice donna del ‘500 di scuola caravaggesca; il grande pittore inglese William Turner, innamorato come lei del cielo e delle nuvole;Vincent Van Goghche con il suo genio rivoluzionario è stato il primo a dipingere soggetti umili come grano e contadini e soggetti naturali come fiori e cieli notturni; Frida Khaloper la sua grande sensibilità umana e Pablo Picasso per il suo modo inconfondibile di essere un visionario
Dal 2015 Barbaraha scelto di dedicarsi completamente alla sua vocazione per la pittura trasformandola in un lavoro a tempo pieno e nel novembre 2016 ha inaugurato a Casalecchio di Reno il suo negozio e atelier “ Laboratorio d’Arte BAM” che diventa la culla del suo genio poetico trasferito nella pittura
Nel suo Laboratorio Barbara organizza con grande successo dei corsi di “ Pittoscultura” per adulti e bambini, dove proprio i bambini diventano i veri protagonisti di un proverbio mai passato di moda ‘impara l’arte e mettila da parte’
Imparare a disegnare prima o poi, non solo diventa propedeutico a dipingere ma può tornare utile per la vita pratica, quante volte capita di non riuscire ad esprimere un concetto perché mancano le parole giuste per farsi capire e allora ecco che un buon disegno può far vedere ciò che con le parole non riuscivi ad esprimere
Ah .. dimenticavo, Barbara ha una bellissima figlia di nome Giadadi 11 anni che da come dipinge e disegna supererà di sicuro in bravura la mamma .. ma si sa i bambini sono il futuro!

Barbara Marchiwas born in 1972 in the historic center of the “Dotta” Bologna(for her university, the Alma Mater Studiorum, founded in 1088, as well as the first university in the western world)
She began to draw, paint and feed on art and culture even before she was able to write her name before attending the Artistic High School and the Higher Institute for the Artistic Industries with address Design ceramic
Starting from the study of the art of ceramics and contemporary design, she approaches her artistic vocation “the material world of painting” and after several experiments with different techniques and materials, she arrives at the technique that will consecrate her as an artist, that is, the use of spatula stucco on canvas

Since 2015 Barbara has chosen to devote herself entirely to her vocation for painting by transforming it into a full-time job and in November 2016 she inaugurated her shop and atelier “Laboratorio d’Arte BAM” in Casalecchio di Reno (BO) which becomes the cradle of her genius poetic transferred to painting

Elena MAALI .. che bello il mondo visto con occhi ingenui Elena Maali è un’artista spagnola nata a Madrid, città in cui vive da sempre
Come logopedista ha trattato problemi di linguaggio nei bambini, e ha pubblicato una raccolta di 7 storie BIMO per l’educazione emotiva dei bambini, si è sempre dedicata al campo educativo e negli ultimi anni ha lavorato all’alfabetizzazione e alla formazione di base per adulti
Anche se ha dipinto il suo primo quadro 25 anni fa, è da solo un anno che ha ripreso a dipingere con una certa frequenza ed è totalmente autodidatta non avendo ricevuto alcun tipo di formazione artistica
La situazione di reclusione dovuta al COVID-19 ha risvegliato in Elena la necessità di esprimersi e lo ha fatto in modo essenziale attraverso la pittura

As a speech therapist she has treated speech problems in children, and has published a collection of 7 BIMOstories for emotional education for children, has always been dedicated to the educational field and in recent years has worked on literacy and basic training for adults

Insegnante di lettere al Liceo artistico Fois di Cagliari ha la fortuna di abitare davanti al Parco Naturale di Molentargius, l’unico al mondo dove i fenicotteri nidificano da quasi trent’anni e non è difficile capire come questo luogo meraviglioso abbia giorno dopo giorno accompagnato Giulia nella sua passione per l’Arte che lei considera un linguaggio importante per comunicare agli altri a modo suo che “ l’essenziale è invisibile agli occhi “ e lo fa utilizzando il linguaggio dei colori e delle forme reinventate attraverso il sapiente uso di Iphone e Tablet
Giulia è un’autorevole rappresentante della Mobile Art che si realizza con dispositivi mobili come iPhone, iPad e smartphone in genere, una forma d’Arte che lei ha scoperto nel 2010 ma che nell’ultimo quinquennio si è affermata sempre più, dapprima come variante della Digital Art, per poi espandersi a livello mondiale con una propria identità che la identifica come un movimento di arte contemporanea che crea immagini artistiche attraverso i dispositivi mobili impiegando le più recenti tecnologie visuali presenti su smartphone e tablet con cui gli artisti creano,modificano, trasformano e diffondono immagini digitali con app ( appositamente create per i dispositivi mobili ) che consentono un’elaborazione istantanea, o comunque molto veloce degli scatti

A chi ha subito una perdita di una persona cara consiglio di leggere un libro ahimè quasi introvabile di Philippe Ragueneau (1917-2003 noto giornalista e scrittore francese) che si intitola “ Non ti lascerò “.. un amore oltre la vita ~ pubblicato in Italia da Mondadori nel 1997

Valentina Bisogno in arte “Tittart” nasce a Torino nel 1967 dove dopo il Liceo artistico frequenta una scuola triennale di Arte e Moda
Con suo grande rammarico non si iscrive all’Accademia Albertina di Belle Arti, perché la vita ha scelto per lei un altro percorso
Dopo aver girato a lungo l’Italia per lavoro a 28 anni si stabilisce a Milano per poi approdare definitivamente sul Lago Maggiore, dove vive attualmente
Nel 1998 a seguito di un bruttissimo incidente che la costringe a 11 mesi di fisioterapia e ad 8 interventi di ricostruzione chirurgica della mano destra smette di dipingere definitivamente
Nel 2015 una delicata operazione alla schiena la tiene ferma per due mesi, ed è in quel momento che riaffiora la passione per la pittura mai sopita, a tal punto da provare se riesce ancora a tenere un pennello in mano
E così come per magia, andando a bottega dall’artista Patrizia Pollato dopo un percorso formativo durato 4 anni la passione per l’arte trova la forza di uscire dal cassetto dei desideri in cui era stata rinchiusa
Valentina ricupera il suo tratto e l’uso dei colori e inizia un nuovo percorso artistico che le permetterà di non abbandonare più questa parte così importante di se stessa
Nasce così l’artista Tittart che attraverso la sua pittura riesce ad esprimere al meglio se stessa, con uno stile pittorico che racconta del suo vissuto travagliato e della sua anima alla perenne ricerca di verità e bellezza
Attraverso le sue opere Tittart riesce a mettere da parte la sua timidezza e le sue insicurezza per
raffigurare quella gioia di vivere che le permette di trasformare tela e colori in quella bellezza che attraverso la natura che ritrare diventa il suo rifugio da dove sfuggire alle brutture del mondo

To her great regret, she does not enroll in the Albertina Academy of Fine Arts, because life has chosen another path for her
After traveling around Italy for a long time for work, at the age of 28 she settled in Milan and then landed permanently on Lake Maggiore, where she currently lives
In 1998, following a very bad accident that forced her to 11 months of physiotherapy and 8 surgical reconstruction operations on her right hand, she stopped painting permanently
In 2015, a delicate operation on her back kept her still for two months, and it was at that moment that her passion for painting, which had never subsided, resurfaces, to the point of trying if she can still hold a brush in her hand
And as if by magic, going to the artist Patrizia Pollato’s workshop after a training course that lasted 4 years, the passion for art finds the strength to get out of the drawer of desires in which it had been locked up
