Elisabeth Davy-Bouttier è una pittrice francese, è nata nel 1960 a Beaupréau un piccolo paesino nel dipartimento del Maine e Loira
Nel 1980 si trasferisce a Parigi dove lavora come responsabile della comunicazione in una Società americana; dal 1987 si è trasferita a Tolosa
Inizia a dipingere nel 1994 e dal 1998 si dedica completamente alla pittura che considera la sua grande passione
Ha partecipato a numerose esposizioni collettive e individuali in Francia, Spagna, Svizzera, Israele,Italia,Inghilterra,Australia,Canada e Portogallo
La sua pittura trasmette un senso di pace e di rilassamento

In 1980 she moved to Paris where she worked as a communications manager in an American company; since 1987 she has moved to Toulouse
She began painting in 1994 and from 1998 she devoted herself completely to painting, which she considered her great passion
She has participated in numerous group and individual exhibitions in France, Spain, Switzerland, Israel, Italy, England, Australia, Canada and Portugal
Her painting conveys a sense of peace and relaxation

Se ne è andato “monsieur Paul” così ha annunciato poche ore fa ai francesi Gerard Collomb, ministro dell’Interno francese che ha ricordato come Bocuse fosse semplicemente la Francia.
E’ stato uno degli esponenti di spicco della Nouvelle Cousine, e ha mantenuto ininterrottamente dal 1965 le 3 stelle Michelin.
Tra i suoi piatti più memorabili come non ricordare la Spigola in crosta farcita con mousse di astice o la Poularde de Bresse en vessie – il pollo cotto nella vescica di maiale.
Era amico di Gaultiero Marchesi nonostante la sana rivalità che da sempre esiste in tutti i campi con i nostri cugini d’oltralpe.
La grandeur francese però oggi ha segnato un punto a suo favore, è venuto a mancare un grande di Francia e la notizia l’ha data il ministro dell’Interno.
